How to book an appointment?

Please provide all the information asked on the contact form above. We’ll get in touch as soon as posible with all the information to get you started and our availability.

Deposit and advance payment

If you  have received your final quote in your emai  it’s time for you to make the first payment of 50% as a deposit to the account provided in your quote. This first payment is for us to block the date on our calendar and prepare everything for your day.

we’ll ask you your prefered payment method (Wire transfer, paypal, card payment) and send you the information or payment link to your email.

Destination weddings

If your wedding is outside of Mexico City, we will be happy to travel to your destination and take care of every detail of your look. In the form, please provide the details of the location for preparation and the schedule.

With this information, we will prepare the travel expenses quote with all the details.

Please note the prices in this website does not include the additional fees for wedding destination services.

final payment

It’s important to complete the total payment by Monday before your wedding. Send the receipt to our WhatsApp, and we’ll see you on your wedding day.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation for scheduled bridal trials, there will be no refund. If you encounter a complication, please inform us 48 hours in advance so we can make a schedule change. If your wedding is canceled, the advance payment is non-refundable
